No! Our mobile detailing vans are 100% self-sufficient. We carry our own pressurized 100-gallon tanks of ultra-pure deionized (spot-free) water, as well as ultra-quiet Honda inverter generators. We can detail your vehicle at your driveway, office parking lot, private garage, or marina without needing any utilities from you.
Waxes and sealants merely sit on top of the clear coat and temporarily fill fine scratches with oils; they wash off within 2 to 4 months. Paint correction is a mechanical leveling process using machine polishers and diminishing micro-abrasives that permanently levels out swirls, spiderweb scratches, oxidation, and buffer trails to reveal crystal-clear reflection.
Travel within our local primary zone (within 15 miles of our dispatch base) has a $0 travel surcharge. For moderate distances (15-35 miles), long distance (35-70 miles), or regional trips (70+ miles, like Bakersfield or Fresno), a flat transparent travel fee is added to cover fuel, tolls, and technician drive time. The exact fee is calculated dynamically before you confirm your booking!
Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, child car seats, and excessive debris from the glovebox, trunk, and door pockets. This allows our team to dive straight into deep shampooing, steam extraction, and precision cleaning without disturbing your personal items.
Mobile detailing requires dry conditions or shelter (e.g. a residential garage or covered parking carport). If rain or extreme winds are forecast on your appointment day and no covered garage is available, we will proactively notify you to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience with zero penalty.
Our Platinum Ceramic Coating provides 3+ years of intense hydrophobicity, UV resistance, and chemical protection. Maintenance is simple: wash your car using pH-neutral car soap, avoid automatic tunnel brushes, and never apply abrasive compound pastes. Water and dirt will slide right off!
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and Cash upon completion of your vehicle inspection.
